过硫酸盐微胶囊缓释材料合成及其性能研究

摘要   针对高砷地下水原位修复中氧化还原环境控制的难点,通过原位聚合法制备了聚吡咯包裹过硫酸钾的微胶囊样品,实现了氧化药剂的缓慢释放,完全释放时间最高能达到14 h。采用X射线粉末多晶衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)以及能谱仪(EDS)对所制备的微胶囊样品进行了表征,利用电导率仪(DDS)检测微胶囊样品中过硫酸盐在水中的释放情况,研究了微胶囊样品的结构、表面形貌以及对氧化剂的释放性能。试验结果表明:微胶囊样品的XRD图谱显示该材料中含有过硫酸钾;微胶囊样品的电镜图显示成功地合成了均匀的且粒径在500~600 nm的微胶囊;微胶囊样品的能谱图显示聚合物成功地将过硫酸钾进行了包裹;通过检测电导率,随着丙三醇在体系中浓度的降低,过硫酸钾的释放速率减慢,但是当丙三醇浓度降到一定值,过硫酸钾会无法释放。试验结果证明已成功制备出能缓慢释放氧化剂过硫酸钾的微胶囊缓释材料,并有望运用于高砷地下水的修复中。

Abstract: In view of the difficulty in controlling the redox environment in the in situ remediation of arseniccontaminated groundwater,this paper prepares microcapsules which are composed of potassium persulfate as core and polypyrrole as shell by insitu polymerization,to realize slowrelease of the oxidation reagent with the maximum release time reaching 14 h.Then the paper conducts characterization of the prepared samples by XRay Diffraction (XRD),field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS),and detects the release of persulfate of the microcapsule slowreleased materials in the water by electrical conductivity meter,and studies the structure,appearance and release properties of the sample.The results show that the XRD pattern of the sample indicates that the material contains potassium persulfate;the SEM image shows that the uniform microcapsules with particle size of 500~600 nm are successfully synthesized;the EDS spectra show that the potassium persulfate is successfully coated by the polymer;by detecting the conductivity,with the decreasing of the glycerol in the system,the release rate of potassium persulfate decreases,but when the concentration of glycerol drops to a certain value, potassium persulfate could not be released.The experimental results show that the microcapsules capable of slowly releasing the oxidant potassium persulfate have been successfully prepared,and have the potential to be applied in high arsenic groundwater.
