Abstract:
Aiming at improving the ability of emergency rescue in metallurgical enterprises,this paper puts Bronfenbrenner ecological systems theory into construction and practice of emergency rescue system.Firstly,the paper points out the deficiencies in metallurgical enterprises' emergency plans.Then the paper elaborates the development process and practice advantages of the ecological systems theory.Finally,combining with the actual production of metallurgical enterprises,the paper establishes an ecological systems theoretical model for emergency rescue system in metallurgical enterprises and applies it to practice.The results show that the new model can improve the staff's emergency handling capacity when they face accidents and can help the division of functions and powers of the functional departments and leadership,which demonstrates that it is feasible and effective of the establishment and practice of applying the ecological systems theory to the metallurgical enterprise emergency rescue system.
